Executive Director: Linda Church Ciocci
President and CEO of the National Hydropower Association (NHA), She served in this position and led the industry for nearly 30 years and stepped down from that position on July 22nd to assume the role of Executive Director for the Hydropower Foundation and brings with her expertise, leadership and guidance to the foundation. She is currently serving on the Boards of Directors for the Business Council for Sustainable Energy (BCSE) and the Energy and Environment Study Institute (EESI) which she serves as Vice Chair. She has served three terms on the United States Department of Commerce Federal Advisory Committee on Renewable Energy. As a founding member of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), she is an emeritus member of the ACORE Board of Directors. She received a B.A. from the George Washington University and resides in Arlington, Va.

Program Director: Bree Mendlin
Bree Mendlin has served the Hydropower Foundation since 2014. She is a previous owner of Party B Cause, an event management company. She has been in her position as Program Director since 2018. She has 10+ years in event planning, 10 years in property management and customer service. She served on the Project Stocking Stuffer Board, she volunteers with her church in the nursery and on the worship team. She has a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Colorado and currently resides in Littleton, CO with her husband, two boys and two dogs.

Chief Strategic Advisor: David C. Sinclair
David C. Sinclair has been President of Advanced Hydro Solutions since its formation in 2004. He has over 44 years in global marketing, business development and management and is an experienced business builder. He has had a varied career in electrical power starting with the generation authority in the UK and such companies as General Electric and Electric Machinery. From 1979 through 2002, Mr. Sinclair served in positions of increasing responsibility within the Reliance Electric Company, culminating in his position as Vice President of Strategic Business Development for Telecommunications Power and Outside Plant. Mr. Sinclair holds an MSEE in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from the University of Manchester in Manchester, England and holds a BSC. Eng in Electrical Engineering from the University of London.
