Position: Senior FERC Licensing Specialist/Project Manager

Description:
Minimum requirements include a BS/MS with 6+ years of experience in FERC hydropower licensing and compliance regulations and processes. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Experience with water related resources, hydroelectric operations, and an
in-depth knowledge of FERC and NEPA regulations and processes for hydroelectric and other energy projects
Proven ability to develop strategies for major issues with regulatory and resource relationships Experience managing medium to large projects, budget preparation and
tracking, and the ability to implement business development initiatives Highly developed communication and presentation skills, including proposal preparation and interaction with clients and stakeholders (public, state and federal resource agencies, non-governmental organizations) Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team across
multiple geographic locations. Negotiation and facilitation skills a plus. Some travel will be required Desired computer capabilities include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Access).
